So yesterday was a day off. So I took it easy and did a slow 10 miles on the bike and went to training w/ HU. Today was back to training. Did a fast bike sprint, a soccer game and another run. Calves are still sore but I can feel my fitness improving and it feels good to run again and not be huffing and puffing.

Bike: 13.67 Miles
Pace: 18 MPH
Run: 3 Miles
Time: 18:20 min
1 Mile pace: 6:07
